Standard Shipping
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are delivered within 7 -10 business days from the order's ship date. Most Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability.
Please note: orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays).
Overnight Shipping
Orders shipped via Overnight Shipping are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date. Overnight orders placed by 1:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please note: orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays) unless otherwise indicated by the customer that they would like Saturday delivery.
2nd Day Shipping
Orders shipped via 2nd Day Shipping are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date. 2nd Day orders placed by 10:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please note: orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays) unless otherwise indicated by the customer that they would like Saturday delivery.
Additional State Shipping Charges
Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands add $15. We cannot guarantee timely shipping to these locations.

International orders
International orders are subject to additional shipping and handling charges (minimum International Shipping Charges $25). Additional taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee. |
