If you purchased products from Miaj directly, we offer a 15-day money back guarantee (from ship date) on all products except discontinued items. When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items. The item(s) returned must be at least 75% full and in its original packaging.
We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Return shipping fees are not refundable. Be sure to enclose a copy of your packing slip and the reason for your return. The estimated refund time is 15-20 business days from the receipt date. All refunds are credited to the original pay method. No cash refunds will be made.
